A seasoned DJ with an illustrious career spanning over three decades, Michael, formerly known as DJ Ditte, has been shaping the electronic music landscape since 1991. Hailing from Leipzig, he gained recognition not only across Germany but also internationally, thanks to his captivating performances and dedication to the craft.
Michael was a pivotal figure in the iconic Leipzig techno scene of the 1990s, co-organizing the legendary EASTSIDE parties (1993–2001) and running the renowned club Molendyk (2003–2006). In 2003, he showcased his exceptional talent by winning the MDR Sputnik Turntable Days DJ Contest, triumphing over 49 other competitors.
After a brief hiatus, Michael returned to the decks in 2017, bringing with him a wealth of experience and an unmistakable passion for music. His sets are a masterclass in precision and emotion, blending brilliant track selection with seamless mixing to create a unique journey for the hearts and souls of his listeners.
Having shared the stage with industry legends such as Monika Kruse, Rob Acid, Johannes Heil, and Dr. Motte, Michael’s ability to infuse his music with heart and authenticity makes his contribution to the MuNcast series truly special.
